Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud & Marketing Cloud Full-Stack Developer who can design and build end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, integrations, and custom application development.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Salesforce development and comfortable working across customer data, APIs, marketing automation, personalization, and front-end/backend components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and develop solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

  • Build and manage Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation in Data Cloud.

  • Develop and optimize Marketing Cloud solutions using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and CloudPages.

  • Build personalized customer experiences using AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.

  • Integrate Salesforce with external applications, databases, APIs, and enterprise platforms.

  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and customer-data integrations.

  • Troubleshoot data synchronization, API, campaign, journey, and application issues.

  • Work directly with business and customer teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Follow Salesforce security, data governance, deployment, and development best practices.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.

  • Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (SFMC).

  • Experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST APIs and Salesforce integrations.

  • Strong SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AMPscript and SSJS skills.

  • Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder and CloudPages.

  • Understanding of CDP concepts, customer 360, identity resolution, segmentation and activation.

  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and data sources.

  • Strong debugging, problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification.

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer / Consultant certification.

  • Salesforce Platform Developer certification.

  • Experience working in a customer-facing or consulting environment.

  • Experience delivering complex Salesforce implementations involving multiple clouds and external systems.

Shift Requirement

Candidates must be comfortable working primarily during EST/PST business hours based on project and customer requirements.
