Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer (SDE) to work on data engineering, analytics, client implementations, and AI-driven healthcare applications within the Skypoint platform. This role involves building scalable data pipelines, developing analytics solutions, collaborating with customers, and contributing to modern AI-powered healthcare products.

This is a highly cross-functional role where you will work closely with engineering, product, analytics, and client teams to deliver impactful healthcare technology solutions.

Location: Bengaluru

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, data engineers, and product managers to translate product requirements into testing strategies

  • Design and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and tools

  • Develop and execute robust test plans for functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing.

  • Focus on data validation and quality assurance, especially across healthcare datasets.

  • Support testing of AI agents and copilots, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and performance.

  • Drive automation coverage across APIs, UI, and data pipelines.

  • Lead efforts to improve test coverage, CI/CD integration, and defect tracking.

  • Mentor junior team members and foster best practices in quality engineering.

  • Continuously stay ahead of testing trends, tools, and AI developments.

     

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering from a top-tier institution.

  • 3+ years of experience as an SDET working on SaaS platforms.

  • Proficient in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.

  • Experience with Selenium, Playwright, BDD, Azure DevOps, and other automation tools.

  • Solid understanding of RESTful API testing (e.g., REST Assured).

  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps.

  • Strong foundation in software testing methodologies and best practices.

  • Experience in testing healthcare data quality, including validation of complex datasets and compliance standards.

  • Exposure to agentic AI systems, testing for responsiveness, adaptability, and correctness is a strong plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
