Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and disciplined Data Gathering & Reporting Intern to support our data initiatives. This role primarily involves manual data gathering on a daily and consistent basis, ensuring high accuracy and reliability for a production-level solution. The role also includes organizing, analyzing, and presenting data to support business, product, and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual data gathering daily from multiple sources, including internal systems, spreadsheets, and external platforms
• Ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy of collected data for production use
• Clean, validate, and organize datasets to maintain high data quality standards
• Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and summaries for stakeholders
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from collected data
• Support ad-hoc data requests from cross-functional teams
• Maintain proper documentation of data sources and reporting processes
• Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to understand reporting requirements

Skills & Responsibilities

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy
• High level of discipline and consistency in executing daily tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
• Good communication skills

Preferred skills (Good to have)

• Familiarity with SQL or any data querying language
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of Python or any scripting language
• Exposure to AI/data platforms is a plus.
