About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our People & Culture team across recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR processes in a fast-paced and growth-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening coordination, and interview scheduling
- Assist with documentation, form filling, and onboarding formalities
- Draft and publish new joiner announcements
- Maintain candidate and onboarding trackers
2. Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
- Support internal communications and culture-building activities
3. Employer Branding & Reputation Management
- Monitor and manage company presence on platforms like Glassdoor and AmbitionBox
- Support branding initiatives to strengthen Skypoint’s employer reputation
4. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare HR dashboards and reports (recruitment, headcount, engagement, etc.)
- Assist in analyzing HR data to generate insights
5. HR Operations
- Support payroll inputs and reimbursement processes
- Assist with leave management through the HRMS tool
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date digital employee records
6. HR Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain organized digital documentation for all employees
- Support preparation of HR compliance reports and documentation
7. HR Tech & Automation
- Support HR tech adoption initiatives
- Help automate HR processes and explore AI tools to improve efficiency
8. HR Events & Marketing Support
- Assist in organizing HR events and internal programs
- Coordinate with vendors and manage event logistics
- Support collateral design and email drafting for events
9. Office Operations Support
- Coordinate with vendors and housekeeping staff
- Ensure smooth office operations, including pantry/snack management
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS tools
- Interest in HR analytics, branding, and HR tech
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
