About the Role

We are seeking a tech-savvy and customer-focused professional to manage website chatbot interactions and engage prospects through live chat. This role combines AI-powered automation with human-led sales engagement to ensure high-quality conversations, strong customer experience, and effective lead conversion.

The ideal candidate has a background in Sales or Customer Support, excellent English communication skills, and is comfortable working US PST hours from Bangalore.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor live chat conversations after initial AI chatbot interactions.
  • Engage visitors, qualify leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Provide accurate information about our products.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing for follow-ups and lead nurturing.
  • Log and track interactions in HubSpot, Jira, or other CRM tools.
  • Identify recurring queries and suggest chatbot improvements.
  • Stay updated on company products and AI capabilities.
  • Maintain response time and conversion KPIs while delivering excellent customer experience.

 

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Customer Support.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience with live chat platforms and CRM/ticketing tools.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Jira, or similar systems.
  • Basic understanding of AI, SaaS, or technical products.
  • Strong customer handling and objection resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in PST hours from Bangalore.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B tech or SaaS companies.
  • Interest in AI and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for customers.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
