The Role
This HR Generalist role provides day-to-day People Ops execution so strategic initiatives can move faster. You will own tactical HR work, manager support, and program execution. You'll be the primary HR contact for our employees, partnering with colleagues and external resources to provide a seamless employee experience. This role is designed to create capacity, reduce bottlenecks, and ensure employees and managers get timely, high-quality People support.
What You’ll Do
- Handle core HR operations and employee support
- Support managers with leadership development and people management tools
- Coordinate compliance training, certifications, and required programs
- Assist with benefits administration and employee programs
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Partner with external People partners to divide and conquer work
- Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions
What We’re Looking For
- HR Generalist experience in growing or scaling remote and hybrid startup tech companies
- Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and people programs
- Comfortable working independently and owning execution
- Trusted partner to managers and employees
- Seattle-based
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary (US): $80,000–$100,000
