This is a true hands-on marketing leadership role focused on account based marketing (ABM) demand generation and sales enablement.
 
Location
 
Beaverton, Oregon (Lifetime Work Offices), No Hybrid or Remote.

What You'll Do
 
Lead all aspects of the company’s marketing initiatives, including demand generation (online and offline), brand, creative, content marketing, communications/PR, events, insights, and analytics.
Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders in sales, forward deployed engineering and product functions to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the product roadmap, sales initiatives, and the overall growth strategy of the business.
Define and implement operational metrics, KPIs and other measurements of success that measure, optimize and continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs, tactics, and strategy. Own measuring the outcomes of marketing efforts against strategic goals.
Serve as an innovative brand ambassador internally and externally, creating smart, engaging, and creative content/messaging, with the goal of shaping global narrative and increasing overall brand visibility.
Create a compelling digital marketing strategy that delivers MQLs. Develop targeted lead generation programs, lead qualification, and scoring, marketing automation applications, funnel metrics, and reporting that achieves quarterly new lead generation objectives
With Sales, define, plan, and execute an account-based marketing strategy that yields meetings within defined strategic accounts. Develop rapid test plans and monitor performance results for multiple customer acquisition channels in order to measure, report, and optimize marketing campaigns
Be a steward of Skypoint culture and contribute to other areas of the business as a thought leader
 
Your Skills and Experience
 
10+ years or more of B2B SaaS account based marketing experience with five years or more in a leadership role with a demonstrated track record of driving meaningful and measurable results in very high growth companies with strong brand presence
5+ years of hands-on experience with Wordpress, Hubspot and other marketing automation tools.
Strong AI product champion experience partnering with the product and engineering teams to align product specifications with the target market needs
Strategic thinker with an ability to assess industry and technology trends, competitors’ positioning and capabilities, and customer requirements to develop thoughtful marketing strategy; experience translating marketing strategy into an integrated strategy for product development
Naturally strong communicator, effective one-on-one and in front of larger groups; previous public speaking experience; lucid thinker; intent listener; gifted writer; prior experience authoring marketing or product collateral, leading webinars, interacting, and building relations with customers and partners
Previous experience directly leading or overseeing effective digital demand generation programs; effectively define criteria for a ‘qualified’ lead and implement lead nurturing programs incorporating campaign design, utilization of marketing automation and other tactics to produce a steady flow of SQLs
Proven ability to pivot as needed adjusting account based marketing (ABM) strategies and programs
 
Education
 
Bachelors or Masters degree in marketing, communication or related field.

Previous successful experience working in a startup / high growth company.
