Who we’re looking for:

Green Canopy NODE is seeking a Construction Project Manager with a deep commitment to
building sustainable, resilient homes and communities. You will succeed in this position if you can
bring attention to detail, an open mind, curiosity, and an ambition to grow and learn from others
personally and professionally.
Each team member will be expected to understand and develop solutions across multiple
construction trades and take their designs from initial concept through to manufacturing and
implementation. They will be expected to take on roles as both member and leader of a diverse
inter-disciplinary team and to work collaboratively across all work channels to deliver on our Mission.

What you bring to the table:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential and multifamily construction
• Demonstrated understanding of the local jurisdictional inspection process for new single and
multifamily construction
• Demonstrated understanding of health and safety practices in residential construction
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural plan sets
• Ability to read, understand, and develop the construction project schedule
• Proficiency in using computers and mobile devices to perform work in the field
Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, and Word
• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective and high-level communication skills, including active listening skills, conflict
management and resolution, and collaborative problem-solving
• Adept ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders
• Ability to adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
routinely
• Experience using project management software (Autodesk Construction Cloud or Procore)
• Aptitude and desire to learn new construction technologies, project management software,
practices and processes
• Aptitude and desire to improve process with the team
• Access to reliable transportation for frequent travel between job sites and meetings in the
Seattle area, which may require transporting materials at times
• Preferred: Relevant educational background in construction, engineering or manufacturing
• Preferred: OSHA health and safety training

In this position you will:

• Collaborate with and assist internal Estimating channel with Construction Package
development and project buy out
• Maintain accountability for the project scope, schedule and budget to ensure the on-time
and on-budget delivery of construction projects to include regular reporting of this
information to the VP of Construction
• Maintain accountability for ensuring site safety and cleanliness
• Maintain accountability for ensuring project quality and completion of all Quality Control
Inspections
• Provide direct management and mentoring for Site Superintendents, Site Supervisors and
Field Associates
• Manage project Subcontractors and provide relationship management
• Engage with and maintain Client & Owner’s Representative relationships
• Demonstrate leadership in your relationships with fellow team members, Site
Superintendents, Site Supervisors, on site labor, Subcontractors and Clients

Position and hours:

• This is an exempt, full-time position, typically working Monday through Friday. Some hours
outside of normal business hours will be required at times in order to meet deadlines or
accommodate client and homeowner needs.

• This position will require frequent travel in the Seattle area to visit jobsites, attend in-person
meetings with homeowners or clients, and attend special events.
• Office-related work for this position will be performed remotely until the COVID-19 pandemic
subsides. Returning to work in an office environment will be at the Company’s discretion.

This position may involve frequent and repetitive movement, including moving equipment or
materials up to 50 pounds.

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary range $100,000 - $120,000 annually
