Reperio Health is a lean, nimble, and fast-paced organization, and we’re looking for driven, mission-aligned team members to grow with us. We are currently searching for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a fast-growing digital health startup and join our mission to improve the health of communities through simple, immediate, and secure access to critical health data.

 

THE ROLE

 

We are looking for a results-oriented and self-motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a key role in driving our sales pipeline and generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential clients, and scheduling meetings for our sales team. This is a crucial position that requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a strong desire to succeed.

 

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other sales prospecting techniques.
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and gather information to personalize outreach efforts.
  • Engage with prospects to educate them about our products/services and qualify their interest and fit.
  • Schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads for our sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff of information.
  • Support sales team with active Deals, including contracting.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Continuously learn and develop product knowledge and sales skills to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline contributions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related roles is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales productivity tools is a plus.
  • Coachable attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a sales career.
