Senior System Administrator (Microsoft Cloud) at SkyPoint Cloud

Location: Global Technology Park, Bellandur, Bangalore, India (onsite role - no remote / hybrid)
Responsibilities:
This position is primarily responsible for architecting and operating Enterprise Mobility + Security suite offerings with a focus on endpoint management for mobile and Windows 11 devices, Mac, Azure, identity security and the Microsoft Defender stack including Defender for Identity, EndPoints and Office 365.
Responsible for supporting the development and deployment of solutions using the Microsoft 365 Enterprise Mobility + Security suite.
Responsible for supporting the development and deployment of solutions using the Microsoft 365 Defender stack including Defender for Identity, EndPoints and 365.
Responsible for Azure Cloud and Cost Management.
Document all configurations for future support purposes and Disaster Recovery.
Assist with thought leadership around new service offerings using the Office 365 platform including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint etc.
Execute on projects related to Office 365 and specifically the Enterprise Mobility + Security suite.
Lead the team through Vulnerability Assessments, and security audits. You will be entrusted with getting us through our SOC2 and HITRUST audits.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification (MUST HAVE)
Current administrator for Azure and Microsoft 365.
Working knowledge of networking, server administration, and IT fundamentals such as DNS, Active Directory, and PowerShell.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Office 365 specifically with Enterprise Mobility + Security suite and Microsoft Defender technologies.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure is a required.
Demonstrated strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and time deadlines.
Ability to observe, think critically, and demonstrate a rational thought process and linear thinking.
Strong written and verbal skills are very important for this position.
