Position Summary: gearUP is seeking production team members who are eager to learn and work in a collaborative environment to meet production goals while adhering to high-quality standards. Team members will be cross-trained in multiple facets of the production process (Pre-Production/Filtering/Pressing/QC/Shipping).

Interviews: Starting mid-September.

Start Date: Mid-October.

Primary roles include:
  • Pre-Production/Filtering – Sorting and picking artwork (logos, numbers, etc.), verifying that art and garment SKUs match order paperwork.
  • Pressing – Interpreting order paperwork. Positioning art, names, and numbers on garments. Operating textile heat presses.
  • QC/Shipping – Verifying that the finished product matches customer orders, packaging and preparing orders for shipment, and interacting with our shipping software.

Available Shifts:
  • Part-time with flexible schedules
  • Overtime will be required during peak production seasons

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to read and interpret sales orders and other written instructions.
  • Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Energetic and motivated.
  • Ability to learn and use computer systems to input and verify information.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to kneel, squat, bend and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to climb OSHA approved rolling ladders.
