SkyPoint is looking for an ambitious, independent Technical Product Manager who wants to have a big impact at a fast-growing company. We are seeking to add a Technical Product Manager to our fast-growing team to lead the design, development, and launch of our data and analytics platform.

What you do:
The Technical Product Manager will oversee all aspects of product life cycle management, including understanding market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field for customer data and data privacy. We are building a culture of product excellence and execution. Skills & Experience Required:
·       A minimum of 4 years of experience in the similar profile in top product companies.
·       Strategic thinker, Understands the vision, and the roadmap, and comes up with the approach for future release plans.
·       Support the product development team by intaking enhancement ideas; bugs, and new features then, work to source and organize the information needed to execute these product changes.
·       Serve as a subject matter expert regarding the configuration and usage of your products and share this expertise both internally and externally with customers.
·       Maintain technical knowledge libraries for your products including integration documents, customer and market-facing documentation, system requirements, etc.
·       Communicate outages, maintenance schedules, and release notes working across teams to resolve dependencies.
·       Having knowledge of any Product tracking tool like Jira, or Azure DevOps.
·       Own the backlog for your products and are Comfortable with agile ceremonies.
·       Define user problems and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on solutions.
·       Communicate development requirements in epic and user story formats, clearly articulating Acceptance criteria.
·       Good to have an understanding of healthcare products or Data solutions.
·       Facilitate grooming and planning sessions and retrospectives with the product development team.
·       Track metrics to measure product health, adoption, and success.
·       Participate in all new implementation projects as a key stakeholder.
·       Maintain basic knowledge of the customer data platform, and a basic understanding of cloud-based applications, SAAS, B2B, B2C, and cloud providers like Azure.
·       Lead global privacy compliance requirements to competently represent these concepts to product developers.
·       Able to contribute to design from the functional aspect and comfortable working with UI designers. Knowledge of or experience building APIs.
·       Assist team members with special projects as assigned.
 
Education:
BE/BTech in Computer Science & Engineering from top-tier school (IITs, RECs, etc.).
