About this position:
TrovaTrip is searching for a Growth Analyst to be a founding member of our Analytics Team! We are looking for an experienced data practitioner with a track record of leveraging analytics to improve marketing and sales CAC & LTV. You will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to drive profitable growth for the business. In developing an understanding of marketing and sales cycles, you’ll build and use data models for reporting and data science using a best-in-class data stack, including:
Pipeline: Hubspot, Fivetran
, Snowlake
, dbt
Reporting: Google Analytics 4, Posthog
, Sigma
With support from leadership and a culture of data transparency, your work will have a measurable immediate impact on the organization by providing evidence alongside qualitative decision-making. Through ongoing operational learning and a close partnership with the Marketing Team, you’ll develop an expert understanding of the organization’s data and use metrics to present insights and recommended actions.
Essential Functions:
- Conduct analysis and provide actionable insights & recommendations to improve Host & Traveler CAC & LTV
- Provide recommendations to improve paid CPM, CPC, conversion rates through the funnel, engagement and renewal
- Develop clear marketing campaign attribution methodologies and establish dashboards to enable easy consumption by stakeholders
- Act as a Sales & Marketing data liaison to other departments and evangelize learnings and insights to the greater organization
- Partner with the Marketing Team to foster our data-driven philosophy for paid media events, email and text campaigns, and other marketing initiatives
- Develop best practices and documentation for analysis and data discovery
- Design and build new ELT-based data models using SQL
- Support the analytics team in building centralized data models by owning the Sales & Marketing data and KPI ecosystem
- Guide the ongoing enablement of self-service data infrastructure throughout the organization
