We’re growing quickly and hiring for a Finance Director to lead and manage all finance functions within the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, including financial strategy and planning and cash flow modeling & performance optimization. This role partners closely with key leaders across all areas to help meet the KPIs of the business and make the right strategic investments in the brand and business to ensure long-term success. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, good strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, exceptional numerical proficiency, and strong leadership skills. The Finance Director should harmonize financial operations, develop effective financial strategies, guide efforts toward financial stability, monitor all financial activities, promote revenue growth, profitability & margins, and maintain good relationships with debt and equity partners.




  • Own the company’s cash flow forecasts & financial model; reconcile actuals to forecast and review company performance with leadership on a monthly basis, highlighting key areas of risks/opportunity.
  • Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and be proactive about identifying potential problems/solutions.
  • Set up and oversee reporting structures for financial KPIs across departments.
  • Drive the company budget planning process.
  • Monitor, negotiate & optimize key vendor terms and credit facilities.
  • Provide financial modeling & margin analysis for prospective new business. opportunities, such as new product launches, retail accounts, distribution opportunities, etc.



  • Provide support to Operations, Supply Chain, and Product Development to ensure product COGS are optimized and efficiency in the supply chain is realized.
  • Leverage market trends and performance to help teams shape e-commerce and marketing strategies and ways to optimize spend.
  • Provide financial reports and analysis to e-commerce, marketing, and retail teams.



  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to investors & lenders.
  • Manage lender relations, strategy, and credit negotiations/optimization. 
  • Build strong relationships with debt & equity partners in the consumer industry.
  • Develop the corporate fundraising strategy and help manage relationships with investors and key partners.



  • 5+ years of experience with Strategic Finance/FP&A positions
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources to inform or adjust planning
  • Passion for the brand’s mission with a balance of analytical, strategic, and creative- problem-solving
  • A strong desire to work in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment to drive financial and strategic insight and perspective
  • Ability to develop metrics, analyze data quantitatively and identify opportunities
  • Ability to perform at both a strategic, tactical, and executional level
  • Strong project management & excellent communication skills – able to tell the story through the numbers
