Position Summary: We have 2 primary revenue streams in our business – Team Sales and Corporate Sales, and we’re currently looking for an Account Representative to help accelerate our next stage of growth. The Account Representative position is an exciting opportunity to join our company. Reporting to one of our Sales Managers, the Account Representative will begin with an extensive training course which provides an understanding of our proprietary printing processes and our industry leading ordering platform. From there, Account Representatives will be responsible for growing revenue through inbound and outbound lead generation and managing account relationships.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Generate and qualify new leads through email prospecting, cold-calling, networking, etc. to meet monthly sales and customer acquisition goals.
  • Effectively communicate and present our value proposition to prospects at all points in the Customer Journey.
  • Manage competing priorities while always providing an unmatched level of customer service.
  • Become an expert in our product offerings, our CRM, and our order entry software.
  • Identify, analyze, and present new ideas for growth opportunities and market exploration.
  • Provide consistent, concise, and accurate communication to all parties.
  • Work with Production/Art teams to create the customer’s vision of their apparel.
  • Work with Customer Service to quickly address customer issues.
  • Travel to events and tradeshows as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of prior B2B/B2C sales experience
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving targets/goals/quotas
  • Experience with lead generation, marketing automation software, and CRM systems a plus (Hubspot)
  • Experience selling sports & workwear products in B2B & B2C environments a plus
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve
  • Highly effective oral and written communication skills
  • Someone who shows empathy both to their customers and their teammates
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative cross-functional team environment
  • Possess the ability to create connections with others via all mediums – electronic and in-person
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite to include Microsoft Teams

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Viewing computer monitors for extended periods of time.
  • Talking, listening, and typing for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to travel.
