Growth Marketing Manager at Tilt

Tilt (check us out here) is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and help us scale our business by growing our brand through paid media channels. This position is a full-time role reporting to the VP of Marketing. We want you to be successful here at Tilt! Below is a description of your role and responsibilities, including the things you will be held accountable for and the virtues, behaviors and competencies that are expected for this role. 

Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities

  • You will drive brand awareness and affinity through paid search ads on GoogleAds, Bing, Yahoo, YouTube, and others while experimenting with new channels

  • You will create a qualified sales pipeline through paid search ads across GoogleAds, Bing, Yahoo, YouTube, and others while experimenting with new high intent channels

  • You will take a deep dive into campaign metrics to assess their impact down the funnel

  • You will collaborate cross functionally, ensuring alignment of messaging and goals across the company  

  • You will monitor industry content and competitive marketing to inform relevant and timely content creation and distribution strategies

  • You will perform keyword research for high and low intent ad strategies

  • You will perform on-page optimization (title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, page formatting, schema, internal linking, etc)

  • You will assist in various marketing projects to support the team 

You’re a great fit if: 

  • You have experience in building out a paid marketing strategy at a high-growth company

  • You have a deep understanding of digital platforms, data analytics, SEO, ad execution and analysis-based strategy building

  • You are well-versed in embedding and using marketing pixels to measure performance and build audiences based on behaviors

  • You have high levels of empathy and can connect deeply with Tilt’s mission

  • You are considered by others to be a self-starter and able to work without a lot of direction  

  • You are a comfortable using multiple systems at once, and have the ability to learn software quickly

  • You are comfortable working in ambiguous environments and know that we need your help to figure things out 

  • You have experience working with a startup and/or with a B2B SaaS business

Total Compensation 

The projected annual salary range is $80,000-$90,000 USD plus stock options (ISOs), because we believe everyone should have some stake in our business. We are people-first and this ain’t some PR jazz, we truly give a damn about our peeps!
