Chief Revenue Officer at Tilt

Tilt (check us out here) is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer  to join our team and help us scale our business by being an integral part of the Executive team. In this role you will drive integration and alignment across all revenue related functions within our organization. You will create and execute the strategy for sustainable revenue generation and oversee the sales and marketing operations. This position is a full-time role reporting to the CEO. Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities

  • You will create and and execute the revenue protection and generation of Tilt 

  • You will work cross functionally to ensure the alignment and performance of the revenue generation strategy and its execution 

  • You will scale Tilt to $50M+ ARR 

  • You will lead and inspire a sales and marketing team that drives business growth

  • You will maximize relationships and identify opportunities for growth and scalability with current and future partners

  • You will support the development of expansion and upsell strategies 

  • You will build relationships with the board and use their guidance in strategic planning 

  • You will provide strategy and support for new product launches to maximize customer impact 

  • You will work to build operational efficiency and customer experience strategies that maximize retention and improve gross margins

  • You will create an environment of curiosity, creativity and innovation 

You’re a great fit if: 

  • You have proven success working as a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) or VP of Sales in a growth staged startup environment 

  • You have experience working as a B2B SaaS sales leader  

  • You are passionate about developing others and helping them flourish in their roles 

  • You have overseen direct and partner channel sales teams

  • You have a history of being data driven and making strategic decisions based on numbers 

  • You have experience developing both retention and acquisition teams and their strategies

Bonus points if:

  • You have worked within the HR technology domain 

  • You have experience managing a marketing and/or customer success team  

  • You are fiercely passionate about making leave not suck

Total Compensation: 

The projected annual salary range is $175,000 - $200,000 USD plus stock options (ISOs), because we believe everyone should have some stake in our business. We are people-first and this ain’t some PR jazz, we truly give a damn about our peeps!
