Partnerships Manager at Tilt

Tilt (check us out here) is looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our team and help us scale our business by creating new brokerage partnerships and enhancing our current brokerage relationships. This role will be part of the sales team and will work closely with sales leadership and account executives. This position is a full-time role reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Development and Partnerships.

Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include:

  • Actively seeking out and building new brokerage relationships and maintaining existing brokerage relationships

  • Training partner client managers, consultants, principals, and brokers on Tilt and teaching them about our ideal customer profile to ensure quality leads 

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for brokerage relationships and vetting all questions, concerns or feedback  

  • Seamlessly managing the handoff process from partnerships to the sales team 

  • Scheduling and meeting with brokerage partners consistently to cultivate a strong and trustworthy relationship that will bring Tilt leads  

  • Attending quarterly check-ins when appropriate for current mutual customers

  • Creating and completing RFP’s, RFI’s, and/or any other information a brokerage partner requires in order for Tilt to be considered for their client 

  • Creating and maintaining relevant reports to leverage data and make Tilt better 

  • Creating and maintaining broker email outreach campaigns within Zoominfo and Hubspot

  • Hosting lunch & learns and webinars to consistently educate partners on the Tilt platform, features and upgrades 

  • Travel to attend HR and broker events and conferences will be required >5% of the time 

You’re a great fit if: 

  • You have proven experience in a business development environment 

  • In addition to sales experience, you have been a benefits consultant or have held a similar role

  • You have a people-first attitude and a curious mindset 

  • Working for a mission driven startup excites you and you thrive in an environment that is constantly changing and ambiguous 

  • You have experience utilizing a CRM and sales engagement tool 

  • You are a comfortable using a lot of systems at once, and have the ability to learn software quickly

  • You’re open to jumping right in and sharing your thoughts and experience for the greater good of the team 

  • You’re fearlessly flexible, curious; aka you thrive in this environment and love a challenge!

  • You have experience working with a startup and/or with a B2B SaaS business

Total Compensation 

The projected annual salary range is $70,000-$80,000 USD + commission & stock options (ISOs), because we believe everyone should have some stake in our business. We are people-first and this ain’t some PR jazz, we truly give a damn about our peeps! 

Additional benefits include:
