Brandlive is looking for a seasoned Director of Sales that will help us drive outbound sales revenue against team and Sales organization quotas. Your entrepreneurship will be a valuable contribution to developing our strategy, growing the team, and establishing a culture of crisp execution.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Directly manage, mentor and grow our outbound sales team 
  • Set and drive team goals, objectives, budgets, sales targets and quotas to achieve and exceed our strategic objectives
  • Provide client feedback to respective teams in order to help inform future product development
  • Work with COO on team strategy, improving processes and go-to-market effectiveness
  • Proactively attend sales and customer meetings in order to coach the team and increase our win-rate

Qualifications: 

  • You have 4+ years of experience at a SaaS startup and scaling a sales organization
  • You know how to use data to coach your team and to identify the best ways to accelerate sales growth
  • You love people and people love working for you
  • Experience attracting, hiring, training and retaining top sales talent and supporting a performance driven culture
  • You have an Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach
  • You are a self-starter and have an entrepreneurial mindset approach to managing your team and quota
  • You have a strong track record of driving results and developing your team
  • Enjoy eating Tacos (required)
  • Verbal and written fluency in professional business communication required in English.
