ESS is hiring a Sr. Financial Analyst to support our rapid growth.

 What you'll do at ESS.

  • Support ad hoc projects and help define process and systems improvements to support company growth
  • Drive monthly forecast, annual budgeting, and long-term strategic planning processes for responsible business area(s)
  • Provide a high level of support for the bottoms-up development of the annual expense budget, resource planning analysis, and rolling forecast updates
  • Enhance and/or define reporting requirements to support the business and operations – standardize them, – centralize delivery
  • Provide management team with insightful decision support 
  • Provide support to establish and maintain strong business controls; drive increased visibility into expense risk areas
  • Assist with Company’s 5-year modeling process

What you bring to the table.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling experience
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and analysis experience
  • Familiarity with enterprise planning software, including design and on-going efficiency enhancements. 
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Expert level Excel skills
  • Ability to fluently read and write English, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions
