Business Development Manager (Remote) at OPAL
Portland, OR, US

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager at Opal, you’ll join a smart, gritty, and passionate team of value-and customer-focused players. The BDR Manager will build, scale, manage, and coach our BDR team while simultaneously building out the outbound BDR system and strategy.

The BDR Manager is responsible for ensuring that the team hits its monthly goals, training them to be effective sales people, while also launching experiments to further optimize the team's processes and efforts.

The BDR Manager dives into the data to form their own perspectives on what Opal needs to test and scale in order to hit our sales numbers. They then own, launch, and analyze those tests to achieve success.
