The Strategic Account Manager plays a critical role at 2Morrow in supporting and growing our clients (employers, wellness partners, states, and health plans) as they encourage their populations to live healthier lives via the use of 2Morrow’s digital health programs.


As the owner of the client relationship, the Strategic Account Manager will ensure successful launches, monitor engagement, troubleshoot issues, identify opportunities, and encourage retention. Key metrics will include engagement, retention, renewals, and revenue growth from new opportunities.


This position will work cross-functionally to balance effective client management and strategic business growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

The following is a list of general job responsibilities for the Strategic Account Manager position. This list is not all-inclusive and may be broadened or changed to meet changing business needs.  


Account Management

  • Regularly engage clients with a  solid understanding of how our products support their goals.  
  • Work closely with the sales team to support successful client launches including; training, communication plans, tech integrations, and expectation management
  • Develop a deep understanding of  2Morrow’s Digital Health offerings and how they support clients needs.  Pro-actively work with clients to monitor engagement and optimize utilization of 2Morrow’s programs and look for opportunities to improve 
  • Be the “voice of the client” sharing client needs/concerns with the internal team. Proactively communicate challenges, client issues or concerns to management
  • Effectively message and convey 2Morrow’s value proposition to clients
  • Identify and troubleshoot any client technical issues with the tech team to assure resolution
  • Actively use 2Morrow’s CRM (customer relationship management) tools
  • Potential for minimal travel including overnight/multi-days to provide on-site client support
  • Maintain confidentiality of end user information and comply with HIPAA policy


Sales and BizDev Support

  • This role will work closely with the EVP of Business Development team to identify new opportunities with current clients and generate new clients.  
  • Serve as part of the sales team by responding to inbound inquiries, supporting sales, and partnering with the EVP of Business Development to attract new clients. 
  • Potential for travel including overnight/multi-days to sales conferences or events (both of which require being fully vaccinated for COVID-19)

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Psychology, Public Health) or equivalent work experience 
  • 3+ years account management experience in the Health or Wellness Industry. Working with employers or other payors.
  • Track record of successfully managing complex clients or partners and delivering a growth in revenue from existing clients.
  • Track record of resourcefulness and exercising independent initiative with confidence
  • Demonstrate organization, planning, and problem solving to prioritize multiple client expectations 
  • Bonus:
    • Healthcare sales experience
    • Rolodex and contacts in the employer, broker or related space
    • CRM expertise

Work Location:

  • Kirkland WA (Initially remote, post-COVID we are excited to offer a hybrid model where we require only 2 days/ week in the office)

  • Flexible full-time hours available in collaboration/agreement with manager.
