The Role:

You’ll be speaking with event professionals and corporate execs across every industry. You will be the first point of contact for a potential customer while effectively communicating Brandlive’s products and services. You will discover a prospect’s event needs and determine which Brandlive product is best suited for them. You will understand and qualify those opportunities for Account Executives.

Responsibilities: 

  • Become an expert in Brandlive’s products and services.

  • Work with marketing to manage flow of inbound leads in a timely manner.

  • Run discovery calls to uncover the prospect’s needs and how Brandlive can deliver.

  • Drive additional demand and discovery conversations through successful execution of personalized outreach campaigns.

  • Maintain a complete, accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline and forecast in Hubspot.

  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.

  • Qualify opportunities and leads to the top of our sales funnel.

  • Convert discovery calls to demos for Account Executives.

  • Develop multi-channel presentation skills to present via the web.

  • Professional and passionately represent the Brandlive brand at all times.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a customer facing position.

  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools and software quickly.

  • Proven track record of success. 

  • Willing to be coached to success.

  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Excellent organizational, time-management and prioritization skills.

  • Energy, passion, humor, and enthusiasm. 

  • Capability with Hubspot and LinkedIn a plus.

  • Event management/coordination a plus.

  • Verbal and written fluency in professional business communication required in English.
