About The Role

To support CrowdStreet’s scaled growth, we are seeking a Customer Care Specialist who will work within the Customer Operations team. This position will report to the Manager of Customer Care.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Ensure that investor queries are answered in a timely manner
  • Work with and coach  investors on how to best utilize and navigate the CrowdStreet technology
  • Triage investor inquiries within the ticketing system (currently HubSpot) 
  • Set appropriate expectations on timing and path to issue resolution to internal teams and investors 
  • Advocate for CrowdStreet investors and work to improve the investor experience
  • Analyze investor inquiries to identify product enhancements and escalate to the Manager of Customer Care
  • Collaborate and be a resource to other members of the Customer Operations team
  • Partner with the Customer Care Manager to identify opportunities for additions to the customer Help Center 
  • Proactively write educational content for the customer Help Center 

What we must have

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to identify and provide solutions 
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in customer service 
  • High level of proficiency with technology

What is nice to have

  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience with ticketing systems (i.e HubSpot, Zendesk) 
  • Exposure to Project Management tools (i.e. Trello, Asana) 
  • Work experience in the financial services industry
