Our customer service rep is the main point of contact for our travelers and prospective travelers. They work to resolve their issues and answer their queries in a timely manner. Customer Service Reps display an acute attention to detail, have an analytical mind, keep calm under pressure, and are passionate about travel and customer satisfaction.


This role is full-time and will provide support to customers through email and phone calls


Requirements:

  • 2-4 years in Customer Service roles
