The Role:

Brandlive is searching for a Sales Operations Manager to manage and support our rapid growth and Sales team. You will work with our SVP of Sales to increase productivity of the team and manage data for sales metrics and reporting. This role will work to improve processes, manage KPI’s and provide strategic insights for Sales Management and Executives. 


Main Duties:

  • Managing and maintaining sales data in Hubspot (CRM) and other software programs.

  • Recognizing, developing, and implementing process improvements within the Sales organization, as well as hand-off processes from SDR to Account Executives to Implementation/Onboarding.

  • Developing and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and KPI’s. 

  • Build dashboards and reports to create a single source of truth for bookings and other key metrics. 

  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business.

  • Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment.

  • Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes.

  • Partnering with Sales Leaders to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data.

  • Creating and maintaining Sales Department policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource material.

  • Managing and maintaining sales process adherence with Sales Representatives.

  • Provide input to sales process and look for opportunities to improve workflow.

  • Ensure compliance with policies and process.

  • Manage deal desk processes and flow. Provide visibility in status and track and monitor SLAs.

  • Assisting with the onboarding and training process of new talent.

  • Coordinate with marketing to ensure a steady flow of high-value enablement resources to the sales team.

  • Maintain accuracy and completeness of all records in the CRM.


Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of deal desk, sales support, or sales operations experience with data maintenance, analytics projects, and sales order processing.

  • Experience owning administration of CRM to enforce a robust and consistent business development process.

  • Highly analytical with capacity to manage and utilize business development tools and internal company systems.

  • Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure execution and business impact.

  • Excel and Powerpoint wizard.
