The Role:

Brandlive is looking for a Product Owner for our Greenroom product, setting technical specifications for software development as well as prioritizing and tracking feature releases.  Greenroom is a revolutionary production tool that turns boring video into engaging, dynamic, and hyper-relevant streams for live and recorded video content. What was once exclusive to multi-million dollar production studios, can now be leveraged by leading brands that want to take video communications to the next level. Greenroom is the future, and you will own it.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead of Greenroom development as the Product Owner.

  • Work closely with the Product Manager to create actionable tickets for developers and QA with robust technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and solutions.  

  • Project manage feature development and other projects to meet project deadlines and business objectives.

  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and current developments.

  • Establish ticket scope based on delivery timeline expectations.

  • Follow the market and competition to ensure our product capabilities remain ahead of the curve.

  • Work with other Product Owners to ensure there is similar strategy and implementation for product ownership throughout the company.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years working experience as a Product Owner of a SAAS product with a complex server architecture backend and continuous deployment schedule.

  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.

  • Proven leadership skills.

  • Natural drive to learn and find creative and efficient solutions.

  • An open mind and constant drive to learn.

  • Extraordinary grit; smart, creative, and persistent.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making.

  • A proven track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical-thinking. 

  • Excellent time management skills.
