Brandlive is looking for a QA Support Specialist to execute QA initiatives for both product releases and bespoke customer solutions. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Report to QA Manager to align on QA tasks and initiatives.

  • Become a product expert and fully understand the perspective of the end users.

  • Communicate actionable feedback to developers and product team.

  • Help facilitate QA processes to enable the QA department to scale efficiently.

  • QA new and existing features to ensure they work as intended and try and break them in fun new ways.

  • Suggest ways to improve our process to ensure the best quality possible.

  • Effectively document your tests in a clear and constructive manner.

 

Qualifications:

  • Natural drive to find creative and efficient solutions.

  • An open mind and constant drive to learn.

  • Extraordinary grit; smart, creative, and persistent.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making.

  • A proven track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical-thinking. 

  • Experience with Product Management Software such as Jira, Slack, Trello.

  • 2+ years of experience in a QA, Tech support, UX, or similar role.

  • Comfort and familiarity using tech.

  • Excellent time management skills.
