We are seeking a Sr Recruiter and Onboarding Manager to join our People team. You will be integral to help us hire incredibly smart and amazing talent. This role will entail candidate relationship building, managing, sourcing, and facilitating the interview process to the new hire’s first day. You will be a key player to plan and execute strategic initiatives such as employment branding, events and hiring process improvements. You will be part of an energetic team that promotes collaboration and values creating amazing candidate experiences. This role reports to our VP of People and Culture.


What you will get to do:

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to build and manage strategies to identify, source, assess, and recommend candidates.

  • Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.

  • Create a recruitment plan and calendar according to business needs and projections.

  • Develop recruiting strategies with a focus on proactive networking and diversity hiring. 

  • Manage the candidate experience from interview through offer negotiation and onboarding of new hires. 

  • Partner with leaders and HR to understand and plan for future growth.

  • Supervise and mentor junior team members. 

  • Identify high-performing agency partners to support as needed.

  • Identifying technology platforms and partners to augment our recruitment efforts.

  • Identifying creative sourcing techniques and strategies to find, connect with and recruit top talent.

  • Establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships, ensuring a strong network within the tech community, creating an on-going pipeline of talent.

  • Review and analyze resumes using

  • Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally.

  • Thoughtfully source, identify and engage a pipeline of candidates for open roles across our organization.

  • Interview potential staff members using industry-standard techniques.

  • Follow up with and provide recommendations to the Hiring Teams throughout the recruitment process, keeping everyone updated and aligned.

  • Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job.

  • Ensure new-hires are set up for success with onboarding for their role.

  • Partner with HR to help design and implement the onboarding process. 


Who you are:

  • You have 4+ years of experience in sourcing and full-cycle recruiting.

  • You have at least 2 years fast pace, high growth startup experience.

  • You have 2 years of experience with an array of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).

  • Organized and detail oriented - This role is all about the details - You need to juggle many different tasks, ensuring they all get done in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Researcher at heart who loves to uncover new sourcing techniques and methods for finding great candidates.

  • Greenhouse expert.

  • You have a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.

  • Results-oriented with a track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, optimism, and integrity.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
