Role:

We are looking for an outstanding Digital Marketing Manager who will report to the Director of Demand Generation and be responsible for the inbound and outbound marketing campaigns. You will be in charge of driving site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing to close those leads into customers. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You'll manage all aspects of external, online acquisition marketing, channel management, and partnering closely with the marketing team and our agency partners to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead planning and implementation of all digital marketing, including SEM, SEO, paid social, display advertising campaigns, email marketing, and lead nurture programs.

  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers) to satisfy new business goals.

  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners on execution of campaigns.

  • Measure, report, and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio (or other data visualization tools) and Hubspot landing page sources reports and assess against goals.

  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.

  • Work closely with the lead qualification team on outreach programs to improve lead engagement and conversion.

  • Brainstorm and execute new and creative growth strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to build landing pages, manage conversion tests and optimize the user experience.

  • Manage digital channels to support an Account-Based Strategy.

  • Develop a deep understanding of key industries and the buyer’s journey.

 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to connect the trifecta of channels, content, landing pages/sites to continually optimize journeys and associated campaigns, but most importantly, build programs that grow our business.

  • Proficient in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

  • Experience with website analytics and testing tools

  • Managing digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules

  • Proficient with Marketing Automation, CRM and Project Management tools

  • Is both creative and analytical; can translate data into measurable plans.

  • Experience across a variety of channels (owned/paid/earned).

  • Understanding of journeys, personas, segments, and related marketing experiences.
