We’re looking for a sales leader with experience building highly efficient, scalable, and leveraged Outbound Sales Development teams. You will work closely with Sales leadership to build outbound pipeline programs to translate into predictable revenue growth. The right candidate will know how to Turn it Up and know how to motivate their team to do the same.   Driven by data, you understand the top of the funnel and pipeline dynamics. We’re looking for someone who will be passionate about customer experience and dedicated to operational efficiency.

This leader should have strong SaaS sales experience and must be comfortable in a high growth and fast paced environment.

What you will do:

  • Hire, coach and develop the outbound SDR team.

  • Create a high performance culture where the top SDRs progress to become top performing AEs.

  • Build predictable Outbound Sales Development motions across the entire customer journey.

  • Set and achieve ambitious targets quarter after quarter.

  • Lead strategic planning for SDR program including: pipeline goals, hiring, specializing motions, campaign planning, rep enablement and stakeholder operating cadence.

 

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of sales management experience, preferably in SaaS.

  • Experience outbound pipeline generation with a passion for coaching your team.

  • Constant optimization of activities & outputs.

  • Impeccable communication and storytelling skills. 

  • Excellent at internal and external stakeholder management. Keeping everyone who needs to know, in the know.
