We are looking for an Account Manager to qualify customers (Hosts) to use our platform to plan and sell group travel experiences. You will be responsible for managing and growing a pipeline of Hosts, ensuring smooth trip launches, driving campaign optimization, and maintaining high Host retention. You will work closely with Business Development, Trip Management, Social and Product teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Prospect online and across social media platforms
  • Sell to new customers by phone
  • Establish and nurture Host relationships
  • Ensure successful trip launches in partnership with the Trip Management team
  • Coordinate with the Social team on the content calendar to align strategy
  • Equip hosts with tools for marketing and selling trips
  • Provide ongoing optimization and reporting
  • Ensure high Host retention and renewal
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to drive new Host acquisition
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly quota in trip confirmations and renewal business
  • Communicate customer needs with the Product team
