Marketing Operations Specialist at Hubb

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join Hubb. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing, analyzing and fine-tuning the systems and processes that support our inbound and outbound marketing programs.

You’ll spend your days working in HubSpot. If managing campaigns, optimizing lead scoring, enabling teams to execute email sends, hand-curating lists, and creating marketing reports is your jam, then this is the role for you!

  •  Responsible for optimizing lead scoring/flow/routing and workflows for Marketing campaigns
  • Manage tracking, automation, and all points of interaction during the customer lifecycle
  • Support marketing program execution including but not limited to, email marketing, landing page creation, general campaign management support
  • Assist with data needs for the marketing team, including list uploads, data entry standardization, data segmentation and list pulls
  • Build dashboards and reports, optimize reports to improve visibility and solve for business needs
  • Refine and improve the measurement system for marketing effectiveness
  • Partner with revenue ops to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Responsible for martech stack, including supporting implementation and integrations
  • Oversee marketing infrastructure, systems and processes

 

Qualifications 

  • 2-4 years’ experience in Marketing Operations 
  • Extensive experience working with a marketing automation platform/system tool. Hubspot experience preferred; other Marketing platforms experience considered.  
  • Experience with data cleansing and management
  • Ability to think strategically and turn volumes of data into valuable key insights
  • Growth mindset with a positive and upbeat attitude
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes 
  • Strong analytical capability and a solid understanding of success metrics 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Expert Microsoft Excel ability
  • B2B SaaS experience preferred
  • Experience with Tableau or other visual reporting tools a plus
