The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned sales objectives and quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, maintaining existing customers, and building new revenue streams through the expansion and growth of the business relationships within current and new clients and partners. Responsibilities include working with customers and/or partners to understand their strategic vision, objectives, and key business/technical needs while aligning our services and solutions to those needs.

The AE must navigate cross-functionally within multiple organizational levels and gain access to a line of business, legal, medical, and technology decision-makers and influencers. Closed contracts must result in profitable revenue generation for offerings.

Reporting to our Vice President of Sales, you not only enjoy the thrill of closing sales in a hot new market, but you will also the opportunity to work with marketing to build targeted campaigns to support conversion and achieve quota. This position is full-time.


    Responsible for exceeding assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives and quotas through new customer acquisition and expansion of the existing customer base.
    Responsible for building and then maintaining a legitimate and diverse pipeline of 4x-5x vs. quota.
    Partnering with Finance, you are responsible for the business's accurate forecasting using the cadence and processes established by your management team.
    Partner with Marketing to create targeted and multi-faceted campaigns to generate leads. You will act as a primary resource for following up on inbound leads from lead generation activities. You w prospect vigorously and methodically for new business. You own the sales process from identification to qualification to close to handoff to our Customer Success team, effectively using the resources of when necessary.
    Establish a proactive cadence to follow up on opportunities and leads. Be systematic in following up with a diverse set of new accounts and nurturing/expanding existing accounts opportunistically.
    Educate and effectively communicate company solutions' value to prospect decision-makers, including 'C-level' business leaders, medical professionals, technical staff, legal, security, and operations personnel in prospective accounts.
    Maintain accurate records of all activities in's system with timely and accurate forecasts.
    Work directly with Customer Success to ensure implementation details of the contract and smooth transition to CSM.
    Actively continue to hone your technical knowledge and our market's ecosystem to be a credible consultant to our prospects and clients.
    Responsible for demonstrating the ability to apply's solutions to customer business needs and develop convincing ROI scenarios.

Travel as required (and possible) to close the new-name business.

Must Haves

    5+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a SaaS company selling into healthcare
    Demonstrated use of consultative selling skills. Formal sales training and documented usage of a sales campaign sales methodology (e.g., Strategic Selling, Challenger, Solution Selling, SPIN, etc.)
    Experience carrying a quota and a sustained track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
    Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with excellent presentation skills.
    Passion for selling a disruptive healthcare solution that will improve the patient experience, improve provider workflow, and create revenue for health systems
    Credibly hold a conversation with Healthcare executives and departmental talent by adding technical and business value to the client's team.
