Much more than “telehealth,” we build products that bridge the communication gap between patients and providers, automating the remote care delivery process for clinicians at major health systems. This unique approach means that we enable a 10x reduction in cost and provider time, markedly better clinical outcomes, and major improvements in patient and provider satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Bright.md seeks a Vice President of Sales with a track record of success leading, coaching, and building a team in a growth-stage healthcare SaaS company. The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling to enterprise healthcare delivery systems, selling SaaS-based software products, and be able to communicate effectively to medical buyers within target organizations. This individual will be high energy, tenacious, detailed, and process-oriented, an exceptionally strong communicator, and a masterful executor who can deliver extraordinary and predictable results, with a track record for meeting and exceeding sales goals.

You will:

  • Establish and drive sales processes, based on proven methodologies of measurable success, with a team of Account Executives
  • Create the annual sales forecast and plan in support of the organizational strategic plan
  • Maintain key customer relationships, and develop and implement strategies for expanding the Company’s customer base
  • Bring established relationships to Bright.md and foster new healthcare relationships that will expand the adoption of Bright.md technologies
  • Build a collaborative relationship with Marketing to create digital marketing strategies that fill the pipeline with sales qualified leads
  • Build a collaborative relationship with Customer Success to develop account-based marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with the management team fostering relationships that will grow the business 
  • Create a culture of success, accountability, and ongoing business and goal achievement

Must have:

  • 10+ years in executive sales leadership experience 
  • Proven success in scaling a sales organization
  • Data-driven with a strong analytical orientation
  • Experience in managing and scaling the sales tech stack 
  • Proven sales playbook for selling into healthcare systems with a complex SaaS-based solution
  • Established relationships with key US-based healthcare systems 
  • Passion for selling a disruptive healthcare solution that will improve the patient experience, improve provider workflow, and create revenue for health systems
