You’ll need to be able to break down complex processes into easily understood issues that can be triaged, tracked and resolved.
You'll draw from a wide range of skills; leading customer calls to drive decision-making, writing professional-grade documentation, and coordinating internal resources around key milestones. You’ll play a key role in building the processes others will follow, while collaborating closely with your adjacent teammates.
