Emerging Account Manager at Cloudability

The Emerging Account Manager oversees business relationships with assigned accounts, demonstrates and communicates Cloudability’s value to the customer, and manages renewals. In this role, you will work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, identify opportunities for revenue growth, and act as the primary point of contact for your customers. This role is essential to the health and growth of the business, and provides valuable customer insights to our internal teams.

Position Details:

  • Drive revenue to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets

  • Responsible for a portfolio of subscription revenue that can be renewed through systematic campaigns

  • Work with Support team to provide technical solutions to existing customers

  • Identify rapidly growing accounts & services opportunities

  • Manage all activities in the company CRM

  • Maintain renewals forecasting and analysis of subscription portfolio

  • Collect customer product feedback & communicate to internal teams

  • Communicate company roadmap to customers as appropriate

About You:


  • Well versed in analytics and adept at navigating complex data sets to find answers

  • Familiar with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Compute Cloud

  • Skilled at building relationships with customers and co-workers

  • Persistent, tenacious and able to deal with people when they are happy or not

  • A talented communicator in both technical and non-technical context


  • Experienced in technology related sales or account management experience, including closing experience

  • Proven C level selling experience

  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills

  • Experience using a CRM software system, preferably Salesforce

  • SaaS and/or Analytic experience preferred

  • A technical background in engineering, computer science, or IT is a plus

  • Formal solutions selling training a plus
