We are seeking an admin for our sales operations team.  This is an entry-level position following defined processes to ensure top notch data quality across our various systems.  This position will have impact on and exposure to a large and complicated operations team. We are seeking an incredibly detailed, organized, and intelligent person to help us scale fast-growing systems, including Salesforce.com.
 
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Order Management:

    • Understand internal systems and manage highly accurate and scalable Order Management (processing closed deals) for growing sales team
    • Responsible for the accurate tracking of order information including contract language, product line items, and contract dates
    • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Data teams to correct sales orders and subscription agreements when necessary

Data Quality:

    • Monitor data quality dashboards and perform data updates on pre-defined frequency
    • Establish and implement best practices to ensure data quality (manual and automated)
    • Document new Data Governance processes using internal knowledge management tool
    • Review and merge duplicate records

Sales Operations Support:

    • Complete ad-hoc data projects as necessary
    • Assist with Salesforce report requests
    • Help with the creation and tracking of new hire onboarding checklists
    • Collect unstructured information and input into defined, structured systems

Key Qualifications:

    • MS Excel abilities including pivot tables and complicated formulas
    • Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
    • Positive, high-energy attitude, and takes ownership of all tasks from start to finish
    • Acute attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
