Auth0 has three main offerings. For small projects we offer a  free plan. To take advantage of more advanced security and support options, customers can subscribe to our self-service plans (payable by credit card). And for higher volume, mission-critical applications which require SLAs, compliance, and even stronger support, our enterprise plan offers an enterprise-ready solution that scales to millions of users.
 
We are recruiting an entrepreneurial, creative and analytical Product Owner to lead and manage the second of the 3 previously mentioned offerings: our Self Service offering. You’ll be responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining new business for our self serve developer funnel.

Responsibilities:

    • Set the short, mid, and long term strategy for our self service offerings
    • Define and implement new self service plans and packages (Pricing)
    • Conduct product research related to existing features and new product/feature concepts
    • Work with Growth and Data teams to define and track success metrics
    • Define and implement new experiments to drive faster adoption and higher retention of our self service customers
    • Create an onboarding plan for new customers

You might be a good fit for this role if you:

    • Love the work required to identify and deeply understand problems that customers need us to solve for them
    • Realize that the solution is the end result, but really understanding the problem that we’re out to solve is the key to creating real value
    • Are eager to talk to customers to get to the bottom of what they’re struggling with
    • Have a technical background (SaaS experience and Identity experience are both a plus)
    • We sell solutions to developers so understanding how they think and shop is a requirement
    • Have 3+ years as a Product Owner / Product ManagerHave strong leadership skills
    • Are a good communicator (verbal and written)
