we are Nathalie, Lisa, Julia, Nicole and Thorsten from the People & Organization Team. Basically we take care of the entire process from the recruitment to the integration of our new moovelanos. Our mission is to drive moovel’s success by understanding the true value of our employees. Our goal is to find and acquire the right talents and support, guide and advise them right from the start in the moovel family in order to create the best employee experience. We are growing constantly and that is why we all need YOUR support as soon as possible… and just so you know it - we are a pretty freaky bunch, so hope you can handle lame jokes!

moovel is part of a large global corporation (Daimler AG), but at the heart of it we are a start-up. We act as a partner for cities, transport networks and customers with the goal of making cities smarter and creating an operating system for urban mobility that provides access to appropriate mobility options in urban areas and paves the way for the future with autonomous vehicles. Currently, 250 employees work in small creative teams in Germany and the U.S. at four locations - Hamburg, Berlin, Stuttgart and Portland.

Overlook the big picture! You will be the sparring partner and provider of information for our managers and employees and support them with content and knowledge on a wide variety of topics such as performance, career paths, change, culture and communication.

Use modern methods of people management and help us to strengthen our culture that values creative problem solving, open communication and a flat hierarchy.

After the recruitment process, you will guide our employees independently through all topics related to the employee life-cycle.

Since not everything is set in stone and we are working on a lot of different topics beside the mentioned ones you will definitely have the possibility to find as well your own projects according to your interests and skills.

About you

People Management is a topic that gives you a great deal of pleasure and you already have gained relevant experience

You feel at home in the world of technology (preferably you already have work experience in the digital industry)

Since it is our corporate language you should have good writing and communication skills in English and also in German 

You consider yourself as agile and are interested in modern management

You are open to new topics and like to bring in your own ideas

You are an enabler and see people over processes 


Summarized we are looking for an organizational talent who likes the balance between administrative daily work and working independently on own projects. So, being structured and diligent is as important for us as being intuitive, outgoing and solution-driven.
