As Marketing Manager, you will manage the day to day marketing activities and long term marketing strategy for IOTAS while accelerating company momentum with its technology, sales, channel, affiliate, and Real Estate partners. You will report to the VP of Marketing.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for scoping marketing deliverables that will deliver a consistent brand message for multiple audiences across all divisions of the Company and externally. You must be highly organized to clearly define the messaging and mediums required for both B2B and B2C audiences.
What you’ll be doing
Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to develop marketing strategies that will generate engagement, market share growth, and profitability to both IOTAS customers and the company.
Interpret research, business requirements, and marketing conditions in collaboration with other team members to inform the development of design artifacts such as personas, journeys, and scenarios.
Manage inbound marketing strategies with Hubspot
Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
Coordinate with the marketing team and business stakeholders to implement product marketing plans and drive customer marketing activities.
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates IOTAS products in the market by understanding customer needs, product roadmap, market trends, and competitive forces within the real estate and IoT industries.
Guide the development and implementation of creative assets across multiple channels including, but not limited to: landing pages, email, web/mobile, print and social media.
Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Plan and implement promotional campaigns.
Develop, execute and measure marketing and demand-generation programs, joint selling efforts and other partner-led sales and marketing deliverables.
Create messaging and programs for IOTAS presence at industry events and partner trade shows.
Prepare online and print marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
Develop financial models to describe a business case of new product/channel opportunities.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company departments are informed of marketing objectives.

Understanding of all aspects of content marketing, social media marketing, influence marketing, and communications, including omnichannel and marketing automation principles.

8+ years demonstrated an understanding of a complex competitive landscape.
7+ years experience leveraging emerging marketing trends, including effective use of digital, multimedia and experiential marketing platforms.
4+ years experience with each of the following: content marketing, digital engagement, brand expression through creative and messaging, and marketing automation.
BA or BS in a related field; or equivalent work experience
Travel 10% of the time (mostly to conferences)
Experience working within the IoT or Multifamily real estate industry
Experience with marketing communication tools such as email marketing platforms, CRM and Digital Asset Management tools a plus.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing and project management, 5 – 8 preferred
Location in Portland, Oregon. This position is based in our Portland, Oregon office and reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing.
