To support our company’s rapid growth, we are hiring a dedicated Office Manager reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations to provide best-in-class administrative and operational support over facilities, office management, customer and employee event planning, executive assistance, and other general team support.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Office Management: be the go-to person around the office; manage and optimize office operations so the office is running smoothly. Includes vendor relationship management and order/stocking supplies, and some IT coordination.
  • Facilities: manage office moves, adds, or changes; ensure conference rooms and public spaces are tidy and presentable; order and organize office furniture, equipment and supplies.

  • Events: coordinate in-house or off-site team events, catering, ordering, set-up, clean-up; assist with out of town customer event planning, scheduling, and other requirements.

  • Executive assistance: perform business support function activities for executives; intuitive calendar management, expenses, meeting planning on and off-site, travel and expense management.

  • Culture & People Operations: may serve as backup to assist in support functions such as interview scheduling and coordination.

  • Accounting: may serve as backup for basic accounting functions such as accounts payable and customer invoicing.

What We Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university

  • 3+ years experience in Office Management or similar role and demonstrated success as an office manager in a similar environment

  • Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills and keen attention to detail

  • Ability and desire to leverage technology to make the office more efficient (we are almost a paperless office)

  • Polished and professional, must work with integrity and confidentiality

  • Optimistic and outgoing personality, excellent follow through, must be a taskmaster

  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, as well as have the ability to command company specific software.

  • Must be flexible and highly motivated with a willingness to take initiative

  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills
