The Account Development Representative Manager will manage and grow the Account Development Representative (ADR) team whose goal is to build the sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for the Auth0 sales teams.

Responsibilities:

    • Optimize a team of ADRs responsible for both inbound and outbound sales engagements.
    • Continue to build and strengthen your team through recruiting, hiring and development strategies.
    • Oversee the daily activities and quota performance management of individual ADRs.
    • Refine the sales pitch and process to achieve optimum results.
    • Establish metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance.
    • Manage inbound lead flow and track efficiency of sales and marketing programs.
    • Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work.
    • Inspire and motivate employees on a daily basis and bring innovation to the sales process.
    • Build upon Auth0's world-class training program to continue to develop and grow both or new and existing account development reps.
    • Ability to perform ADRs responsibilities while being trained.

Requirements:

    • BA/BS.
    • 3+ years of sales management experience in a high-tech startup environment.
    • Proven track record of consistently exceeding against quota and outlined metrics.
    • Strong experience working with Salesforce.com and Marketing Automation platforms.
    • Proven track record of consistently exceeding against quota and outlined metrics.
    • Experience leading a team of account development reps in consistently meeting goals.
    • 1+ years of quota carrying B2B enterprise software sales experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to find, manage and close high-level enterprise business.
