We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing, and fun-loving person to join our expanding sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). IOTAS is a growing company and this position is the front line of our sales team.
The SDR is a key part of selling products and services by phone and entails inbound/outbound qualification and selling. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of professionalism, loves the thrill of the hunt, is capable of building and growing a pipeline of business. They also have experience navigating through organizations, doing deep discovery and selling to multiple decision makers.
You will be the front line of the sales process and spend your days prospecting into large real estate development firms and ownership groups and are measured by your seamless handoff of qualified leads to the team. Strong organizational and follow-up skills will only be your friend, and a competitive, friendly, numbers-driven personality will thrive here.
Research, identify and tenaciously generate weekly new opportunities
Generate sales opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting while converting marketing generated leads into in-person meetings or demos
Establish and build strong relationships with C Level Executives
Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline; maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, & social selling
Responsible for accurately tracking customer interactions and information in our CRM
Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
Demonstrate strong knowledge of IOTAS product and values, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Reports to VP of Revenue
What You Bring to the Table:
1-3 years of experience sales related experience
Strong track record of achievement
Experience conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs
Ability to arrange and attend business meetings with prospective and existing clients
Expertise using CRM and web-based conferencing systems to help manage sales cycles
Previously trained in consultative / value-based selling is a plus.
Real Estate development industry experience and knowledge a plus
Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, including salary, performance-based variable and stock options in an early stage startup backed by top-tier VCs.
