Auth0 has an ongoing need for the creation of new enablement documentation (technical and sales-oriented) and updates to existing documentation. Content includes product functionality, targeted verticals, and new hire training processes. Currently, all Sales Engineers and Security Leads are creating technical content for RFPs, pulling focus from their primary objectives.

Core Job Responsibilities:

    • Create new internal facing technical and sales content focused on new Auth0 features, new verticals targeted, competitive benefits and new roles created.
    • Create partner focused technical and sales content for use with partner onboarding.
    • Lead technical responses to RFPs in coordination with Sales Engineers/Security team.
    • Assign, monitor and enforce all Field Enablement content be kept up to date.
    • Own Field Enablement FAQs.
    • Assist in the creation of technical onboarding plans for SEs, CSAs, PSAs.
    • Assist in the creation of new hire courses and implementation within our LMS.
    • Tracking of usage of Field Enablement resources (keep/remove/improve).

Skills & Experience Required:

    • Excellent skills in writing or translating complex technical and business subjects to a variety of audiences.
    • Demonstrable experience writing blog posts or documentation. If you publish articles in your own blog, this is a great example.
    • Experience as a software developer.
    • Ability to be self-directed and effective working independently, yet equally comfortable contributing in a global team environment.
    • Ability to communicate with different teams and scope documentation assignments.
    • Fluency in written US English.

    • Dedicated resource focused on rapid, accurate and effective RFP responses.
    • Addressing basic security questionnaire responses.

Value to Auth0 - Drive customer experience via:

      • Accurate and up to date enablement content.
      • Ability to assist Full Cycle Sales organization with the creation of customer specific demos and docs:
* Support AEs & SEs for custom demos (both decks and dashboard)
* Support CSM’s, CSAs, PSAs with existing customers

Value to Auth0 - Ensure usage and effectiveness of Field Enablement resources via:

    • Tracking usage of Field Enablement resources.
    • Surveying new hires and existing reps on what types of learning tools they like.
    • Making recommendations to Field Enablement team based on research.

Value to Auth0 - Providing technical expertise for Field Enablement trainings via:

    • Coordinating with Product Management to ensure accuracy and value of technical trainings on new features/offerings.
    • Coordinating with SEs, CSAs, PSAs and their managers on what technical workshops would be beneficial to them.

Location:

    • Onsite (Bellevue, WA) or remote.
