Inside Sales Representative at NurseGrid

The Position: 


We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a highly productive group environment. Your responsibilities will include hitting daily, weekly and monthly lead-generation targets, managing and qualifying pipeline leads while ensuring progression of opportunities through the sales cycle, executing sales initiatives and meeting sales goals. You will be a product expert who leads prospects through product demonstrations and identifies potential sales opportunities. The Junior ADM role is a performance based, growth position and is built around the idea of being promoted to an ADM role within 3-6 months which comes with additional closing responsibilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:


Schedule product demonstrations for Senior ADM - build excitement, capture feedback, identify sales opportunities, and help ensure they attend their scheduled meeting(s)


Prepare demo decks and stage environments for Senior ADM


Assist w/ post-sale account activation and transfer to Customer Success Team


Utilize CRM (Salesforce) and MA (Hubspot) solutions to manage activity/communication, track prospects through sales funnel, identify follow-up steps, and analyze pipeline value


Nurture phone and email leads to qualify to handoff to Senior ADM


Engage with visitors on our website via real-time chat support to demonstrate responsiveness and convert into sales funnel


Remain up to date on all product developments and timeline of specific features


Find, identify and document product bugs, suggestions, and enhancements


Establish purposeful relationships with prospects and users in order to convert them into sales


Determine the specific needs of our users and communicate those needs to the team


Exercise diligence in planning, following up and closing deals


Update data/metrics regularly and maintain pipeline accuracy


Consistently perform the required daily activities to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities


Continually add new prospects to pipeline to grow sales volume incrementally


Assist in capturing ROI metrics and leveraging account success for up-sell/cross-sell activities

Cold-calling/heavy phone call volume experience


Proficient in Microsoft Office and Apple iWork Suite software


Familiarity with company’s CRM (Salesforce) and MA tools (HubSpot)


Experience with SaaS products




Junior Inside Sales Reps are paid an hourly rate, plus commission. As you grow in the role, your commission structure allows you to be the driver of your own gains, with unlimited earning potential in an ADM role.
