Senior Content Producer at Cloudability

Cloudability is looking for a technologically-minded writer and producer to help us grow our industry-leading content marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate must have a knack and love for writing and a comprehensive understanding of the cloud industry. The person in this role will be expected to sustain and develop the company's voice through the identification and creation of technically accurate and relevant industry content.

Help us with the following:

  • Produce world-class content for our growing technical audiences
  • Become a subject-matter expert, keeping pace with industry news and trends
  • Work hand-in-hand with our Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams to develop concepts and ideas for web, marketing, and internal content
  • Maintain our standards of quality through proofreading, quality assurance, and conformity to marketing best practices
  • Produce rich content in the form of blog posts, webinars, ebooks, videos, customer stories, landing pages, and social content, for example.
  • Ensure the accuracy, quality, and health of our entire content library through regular content auditing and updating
  • Reporting success metrics weekly to show results driven from content marketing efforts (earned traffic, engagement, conversions, etc.)

  • Experience in a B2B content creation role (in-house, agency, contractor, tell us all about it)
  • Experience producing content related to cloud technologies, networking, IT, or the overall technology space
  • Ability to identify specific and relevant topics for content based on your own research and inputs from our internal stakeholders and thought leaders
  • Basic understanding of HTML, Markdown, and web standards
  • Experience with content management systems and social media posting tools
  • Exemplary editing and proofreading skills (our audiences are smart, attentive people)
  • Exemplary people skills to build Subject Matter Expert relationships, meet customers and users at events, moderate webinars
