Due to continued growth, Auth0 is looking for a skilled, experienced and energetic Partner Account Manager to join as a key member of our EMEA Sales team. This role will be based in the UK & covering Europe with an initial focus on the UK & Ireland, the Nordic Region, the Netherlands and DACH region.
The Partner Account Manager’s (PAM) in an integral member of the Auth0 sales team with a focus on driving revenue through Partners. They will work closely with partner’s sales, marketing, technical and executive teams to manage the relationship at a strategic level. The Partner Account Manager will also work with Marketing and Account Executives to develop mutually successful go-to-market activities and revenue growth. This is a quota bearing, commission based role.

    • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue objectives, with a focus on both indirect & direct sales
    • Help define the partner program and support the build of this program in EMEA
    • Identify and recruit appropriate partners to fit the program and promote / sell the Auth0 service 
    • Work with Partners to define joint sales and marketing campaigns
    • Present the Auth0  value proposition to decision makers in our existing and target partners
    • Interfacing with Partners on general and specific issues and involving other experts and/or management where necessary
    • Seek and onboard new Partners based on geographic or sales coverage needs
    • Communicate Partner needs to Auth0
    • Coordinate with technical resources as necessary to support Partner training and selling activities
    • Participate in Partner marketing activities and events as needed
    • Manage Partners to mutually agreed business plan
    • Increase managed Partner footprint with a quality versus quantity focus
    • Increase Partner coverage
    • Maintain accurate and up to date information in
    • Be a strong team member and enjoy winning in a team environment


    • 5 years relevant software sales/technical experience, preferably in a Partner sales environment
    • Ideally has experience in defining and launching a new partner program in a region so understands the challenges as well as the best practices
    • Documented experience closing deals as well as documented ability to consistently exceed quota and key performance metrics 
    • Strong technical experience 
    • Identity / Authentication experience a plus
    • Strong in-person and written customer communication skills
    • Ability to communicate with cross-functional audiences with command of Auth0 technology
    • Must be available to travel
