As moovel’s legal intern, you will assist the legal department in all facets of our business and, therefore, gain invaluable experience and insights with respect to life as in-house counsel for a leading technology company. The position will be part time, for roughly four months, working an average of 29 hours per week.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Legal research and writing
- Assist in contract & RFP review process (supervised by counsel)
- Updating and maintaining contract database
- Insurance compliance services
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be pursuing a Law degree from an accredited university and in good academic standing
- Knowledgeable in legal research and writing
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous IP law studies
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude in and out of the office
- Self-starter mentality
- Takes pride in your work product
- Interest in mass transit and the expanding mobility as a service industry
- Interest in software licensing and IP law generally
