We act as a partner for cities, transport networks and customers with the goal of making cities smarter and creating an operating system for urban mobility that provides access to appropriate mobility options in urban areas and paves the way for the future with autonomous vehicles. Currently, 250 employees work in small creative teams in Germany and the US at four locations - Hamburg, Berlin, Stuttgart and Portland.

Your tasks as Chief Financial Officer

Full financial responsibility for moovel Group GmbH as well as the American subsidiary moovel NA, LLC

Accounting responsibility for monthly and annual financial statements according to local GAAP and IFRS

Continuous controlling of the two companies as well as the preparation of comprehensive and transparent internal and external reporting

Securing of tax and treasury processes on the basis of regulatory framework conditions as well as the enhancement of the analytics function and development of a BI solution

Responsible for Legal, Compliance and Data Protection

Legal and financial conception and implementation of new products and business models as well as close cooperation with specialist departments in the mobility services area of Daimler  and Daimler AG (national and international)

Your profile as Chief Financial Officer

Business or Economics diploma, masters or similar qualification

At least 5 years of professional experience in a business enterprise or similar institution and at least 3 years in a leadership role

High level of analytical, strategic and conceptual competence

Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking and acting; distinct understanding of business management, as well as the ability to grasp complex issues and present them in close proximity to the customer

Negotiation skills, perseverance and strong communication skills as well as a high degree of independence, initiative and resilience

Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
